Ocean Pier General Rules and Regulations
(I know the list is long…..)
1. No items may be stored or left in the hallways, on railings, outside of the entry door, in the stairwells or under the building. This is a violation of the fire code. Items left out will be removed and discarded.
2. Towels and similar items should not be placed on balcony railings.
3. Do not sweep sand, dust, litter, etc into the hallways.
4. No running, horseplay or loitering is allowed in the hallways or stairwells.
5. No skating of any kind. Examples: skateboarding, rollerblades, or scooters. Police will be called.
6. No littering allowed anywhere on the property. Cans, cups, bottles, and paper items must be placed in trash containers. Household trash must be bagged and placed inside the dumpster at the street.
7. Noise must always be kept at a minimum, particularly between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
8. Owners and guests will be held responsible for the actions of their children.
9. No grilling permitted on balconies, walkways, porches or in the units. Gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil or other liquid or solid, combustible, or flammable items will not be permitted on the property at any time.
10. Do not feed the seagulls from the porch or balconies.
11. NO PETS! Only homeowners are allowed to have pets on the property.
12. Car washing is not permitted on the property.
Pool Rules and Regulations
1. Pool bracelets are required for owners and guests – located in bowl on the table - $10 fee for lost bands.
2. Pool fumiture stays in the pool area. Do not take furniture to the unit or the beach.
3. Pool rules are clearly posted and enforced. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 while in the pool area. An owner or registered guest must accompany their invited guests to the pool.
4. Pool and pool area closes at 10 p.m.
5. Glass containers of any kind are prohibited in the pool area.
Parking Rules and Regulations
1. Parking at Ocean Pier is reserved for owners and registered guests who are present at the property.
2. There is NO long-term parking permitted unless you are a full-time resident. Parking is permitted so long as the unit is occupied, either by an owner or guest.
3. There are only two (2) cars permitted on the property per unit with no exceptions (owners or guests).
4. All vehicles must properly display an Ocean Pier parking permit. Vehicles without the proper permit will be towed immediately at the owner's expense.
5. Please make sure that they are filled out completely with dates and unit numbers.
6. Vehicles using more than one parking space are not allowed.
7. Do not park behind vehicles other than those in your party.
8. There is no storage of golf carts, motor vehicles, or other such equipment when the unit is not occupied.
9. Motorcyles, boats, or trailers are not permitted in the parking area.
