Beautiful beachfront condo! This is the cleanest, nicest beachfront condo I have stayed at out of the dozens I've rented over the years. The appliances are all high end and brand new. The furnishings and deck chairs are high quality and very comfortable. We cooked breakfast each morning and had all the kitchen accessories we needed. The beachfront in front of the condo was not crowded. Will be back again and will definitely recommend to friends!

Booked our stay with Jeff last minute and it did not disappoint. The view alone was worth it!!!! Jeff was very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. The space was immaculate when we arrived, easy to get to and we had a blast during our stay. My daughter forgot her favorite bathing suit when we checked out and Jeff was very responsive to our ask of seeing if they had it, he kept the code live for us so we could go back and look around for it. We got the suit and my daughter was very relieved, thank you! I highly recommend based on quality, location and view. We will book again.

Great place ! Steps away from the beach which is great for little ones! Only small recommendation is to put in listing the beach chairs are in the closet. It’s so nice sitting in chairs on the beach instead of towels!

Beautiful, clean condo in a great location at the beach with a pool available for use in the development. If you aren't familiar with keyless entry locks, it may be difficult for you to gain access to the premises. It took us a while to speak to the owner, but once we got instructions, it was easy. Half way into our stay the living room air conditioner stopped working. A repair man was sent, but he was unable to get it fixed before we left. Thankfully, the bedroom units worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glassware. Amenities at the building were more sparse compared to other Airbnb places I have experienced.

My family loved staying at the Salty Clam. The location was ideal and convenient to shopping and dining! The unit was beautiful and clean just as in the the pictures and descrption.. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Jeffrey's place.

Location!!! This is a beautiful spot on the ocean. The beach is not crowded in this area. The pool was perfect. The deck is roomy and probably one of our favorite places to hang out. We did not spend much time indoors as the weather was beautiful and close to shops/dining. We have stayed different places every year in NMB and the Salty Clam is our new favorite! Definitely want to book again!

we were pleasantly surprised and the place was very nice. The home is beautiful and was perfect for us, close walking to the beach - no elevator was difficult for us older folks carrying our stuff up but that's on us for not checking that out ahead of time. I definitely would recommend this home to others!

For the cost of the space and amenities the space was perfect. Bed was super comfy, space was decorated very nice and it felt right at home. I only spent 2 nights there but I could easily be comfortable there for a week! Appliances were new and modern, the back deck was awesome for sunrise and sunset views and it was quiet.

We had a weekend get away at The Salty Clam. It was an amazing stay! The only downfall we had was construction early in the morning. The condo looks exactly as pictured. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely condo with a clear view of the ocean from the living room balcony and master bedroom. It’s well maintained, clean, and has cute seaside decor. It’s a quiet low key spot. We stayed in the off season and didn’t hear or see our neighbors. The hosts are easy to contact but luckily we didn’t have any problems to report. The pool looks inviting and clean, and the beach access is very close by.
We had no issue, but it’s worth mentioning that this is a second story walk up with two flights of stairs, so someone with mobility issues might have trouble coming and going.
Still a 5 star experience for us.
